Are you looking for guidance and direction in one or more of life’s challenges? Are you hoping for help from someone with maturity, creativity and wisdom that is learned and earned from both professional and lived experiences? If so, I would be honoured to help you move forward in your personal goals.
I have over twenty-five years experience as a counsellor, group facilitator, educator and therapeutic artist. My approach to counselling and art therapy is holistic and person-centred. I guide people through life issues, addictions, relationships and barriers to mental and emotional well-being. I also do everything I can to “walk the talk” by attending to my own mental health and healing.
I hold a deep belief in the creative arts as a vehicle for healing and well-being. All my services: counselling, workshops or classes are non-judgemental, choice focused and trauma informed. As a Metis woman and artist, I have a deep regard for the culture, well-being and creative practices of my Metis relations as well as those of other Indigenous people.
My services in healing of mind, body, spirit and emotion are offered to anyone who is seeking to live with balance, creativity and spirit. I believe that when we live mindfully, creatively and explore our potential more fully; we will not just survive, but will thrive. This has been my experience of following a healing path. I wish that for you too.
