Therapeutic Arts Program
(In-person and on-line)
I can help you develop a mindful, creative and compassionate sense of self and well-being. You can work through concerns that prevent you from experiencing your fullest potential. I will hold space for healing with a belief that we are capable of living a satisfying life regardless of barriers and or traumatic experiences.
You will create a lasting and complete art piece reflecting healing awareness, insight and creativity on a chosen topic. Topics may be one or more of the following or another of your choosing.
- Discovery of SELF
- Self-Acceptance and Compassion
- Body Image
- Embracing Emotions
- Unlocking Creativity
- Anxiety
- Depression
Each program includes:
- Four 1 hour therapeutic art sessions
- Art supplies (when in-person)
- Information and resources
Cost:
- $400.00 for an individualized four-week program.
